The Niman Ranch Iberian Duroc Pork Challenge & Apres Tasting at the Taste of Vail was held in Vail Village. It was a beautiful day outside & we strolled through the town and enjoyed several variations of pork & numerous different kinds of wine.

There were pork tastings from over 22 Chefs along with samples from over 55 wineries & distilleries. Our votes for favorite pork went to Leonora - the American bistro located in The Sebastian. Our second favorite pork was from Mountain Standard.

For dessert we enjoyed some fabulous pastries from Juniper.
