Grand Tasting, Taste of Vail

Taste of Vail concluded with their Grand Tasting held at the Hythe. The final event culminated into a decadent wine & culinary adventure that featured all of the Taste of Vail's wineries & restaurants.

My favorite bite was the dessert from Dang Sweets. Their dessert called ‘Cherry’ was made with cherry confit, whipped cherry ganache, dark chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge, and sable cookie.

My favorite wine was the Mountain 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley from Reynolds Family Winery.

It was a wonderful evening celebrating the community of Vail.
