Brown Palace, 32nd Annual Champagne Cascade
Hark how the bells, Sweet silver bells,
All seem to say, Throw cares away
Christmas is here, Bringing good cheer,
To young and old, Meek and the bold.
denv.her. was invited to the Brown Palace's 32nd Annual Champagne Cascade & it was our first time EVER to attend this event - & let us tell you something readers - this event is EXTRAORDINARY. I truly can think of no better way to kick off the Christmas season & the Brown Palace captures pure Christmas magic in every way.
The Brown Palace's Annual Champagne Cascade benefits countless nonprofits including the Make-A-Wish Foundation - the Brown Palace is committed to giving back to the community while putting on events such as the cascade (which makes us even that more honored to attend)!
Upon arrival at the Brown Palace, we made our way to the second floor mezzanine. denv.her. attended the Cascade with VIP tickets so we were stationed on the second floor - all VIP ticket holders get to view the event from the second floor mezzanine and get to enjoy an open bar as well as an enormous amount of drool worthy food options!
The Brown Palace staff were so polished and so gracious throughout the event - the staff went out of their way to ensure all patrons were having the best time - & we were!
On the second floor, we were greeted & gifted with silver bells to ring throughout the morning upon cue - with professional bellers the Brown Palace had perform! There is live music throughout this event.
We then made our way to the bar and food areas to explore of all the delicious options!
YAS to all of the above - we ESPECIALLY loved the lobster mac and cheese - and these pictures don’t even capture half of ALL the delicious food & dessert options the Brown Palace had out.
The big man himself, Santa Claus - along with Denver Nutcracker ballet performers - made an appearance and guests were allowed to pose with them for professional photo ops.
Photo ops abound at the Brown Palace in general - there are Instagram worthy backdrops everywhere you turn - make sure to have those cameras at the ready!

I would say the dress code for this event is semi formal holiday attire - full on black tie attire. There was an array of Denverites that were uber dressed up (aka us lol) & some not so much! Really whatever dressy festive attire you gravitate towards will most likely be appropriate.
The Champagne Cascade is also when the Brown Palace unveils their Christmas decor in all it's glory.
During the event, the Brown Palace has a count down where their enormous (and glorious lol -this thing is massive AF) Christmas chandelier is lit.
This chandelier is 25x25 feet! #beheamouth
We helped count down and the chandelier sprung to life with thousands of twinkling lights! #prettiest
Soon it was time for the main event!
The champagne bottles were sabered -
& then poured down the champagne glass pyramid.
The Moet & Chandon Champagne cascade flowed down the gleaming two-story high, 6,000 glass pyramid and we all toasted along with our own glasses.
#Cheers!
This may have been our first time attending the Brown Palace’s Champagne Cascade but it most certainly will not be our last - I cannot say enough positive things about this event.
Huge thanks to the Brown Palace & the Zimmerman team for hosting us! You all are amazing and we had the best time!
