Mesh is definitely trending right now and this semi-sheer floral maxi dress is perfect for any semi-formal or formal winter occasion.
Mesh is all about the underlying and overlying details since it’s an illusory material. This specific dress from Forever 21 is perfect because it comes with the black slip dress already attached underneath.
This look would be easy to create with separate pieces as well. That could be achieved by finding a slip dress of your liking and then paring it with a mesh top or bodysuit underneath. You also could go the route of finding a mesh skirt and layering it over a bodysuit or slip dress.
The bottom of this dress has a gorgeous floral hem so we paired it with black Mix No. 6 heels from DSW. Really any black heel, boot, or bootie can complete and complement this look.
For the dainty accessory details, we chose a layered charm necklace & black velvet choker with cross charm to complete this look.
