Our server Eric, was so pleasant and made our meal! He was knowledgeable on the menu and provided exceptional service.
We were impressed with the Craft Cocktails and the 'Dapples of Light' was our favorite, It was made with volcan de mi tierra reposado, chinola passionfruit, ancho reyes verde, vanilla, & bubbles. It was a well-balanced cocktail with a lovely blend of sweet tang, delicate smoke, & finished with a sparkle on the tongue.

The Corn Tart was made with charred corn kernels, corn curd, & goat cheese mousse - one of the prettiest appetizers I have ever seen.

The Burnt Kohlrabi was made with fresh turmeric, gooseberry, elderflower + vanilla créme fraîche, & caviar.

The Roasted Duck Breast was served alongside ember roasted peach curry, fresh peaches, turnips, & jus. The duck was our favorite dish of the night - it had a rich, flavorful taste with a hint of gaminess.

The Baked Alaska was made with prickly pear sorbet, calamansi sorbet, almond cake, black sesame feuilletine, swiss meringue, & rum - a fiery, cool end to the meal.
