We had the opportunity to attend a cocktail party showcasing Bridgewater Homes' newest residences within the Aurora Highlands. This is the first time Bridgewater Homes are available in Denver! Latest pricing on available homes can be found HERE.
We made a pit-stop prior to the cocktail party to meet Umi - a massive 21-foot-tall sculpture gracing The Aurora Highlands' public art park, Hogan Park. The sculpture was created by Daniel Popper and is his debut installation in Colorado. Umi depicts the convergence of woman & tree.
Each Bridgewater home we had the pleasure of touring showcased quality construction, design, materials, & finishes. The beginning of the cocktail party was held at The Camden - a Ranch-Style home with 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 3 car garage, 2,389 finished square feet, & 4,778 total square feet.
The Camden’s expansive kitchen was the perfect spot to gather for a cocktail party. We enjoyed curated drinks, backyard dining, & a glimpse of what it would be like to live & host a party within a Bridgewater Home in the Aurora Highlands.
The evening concluded at The Remington - a 2-Story home with 4 beds, 3.5 baths, 3 car garage, 3,229 finished square feet, & 5,107 total square feet.
We enjoyed dessert & tea in The Remington’s kitchen. There was a lovely assortment of petit fours & macarons on the beautifully large kitchen island.
The Aurora Highlands is perfectly situated to connect you to major employment centers. It's a 5-minute drive to DIA and only 20 minutes to Anschutz, downtown Denver, & DTC (Denver Tech Center). Aurora Public Schools will have four schools within The Aurora Highlands - the first of which opened up this year. There are 21 miles of trails that wind through the 500 acres of parks & open spaces.
With about a thousand people already calling The Aurora Highlands home, this is your chance to live in luxury in a groundbreaking community! For more information visit www.theaurorahighlands.com or call the Visitor Center at 720-356-0123.
