Kicked off birthday weekend with a fabulous dinner at EDGE 🌸🥂. @edgesteakhouse @fsdenver
Cocktails were flowing and my favorite was the Beso Fresa - made with Union Uno Mezcal, Strawberry Aperol, Lemon Basil, & Orange Flower Water.
The Charred Spanish Octopus was made with White Bean Purée, Peppadew ‘Poppers’, Frisee, Radish, Chorizo & Tarragon.
The Hamachi Crudo was served with Sudachi Ponzu & Fresno Chili.
The Seabass was made with Cashew Coconut Curry Broth, Housemade Sticky Rice, Pickled Mushrooms, Fried Rice Crisp & Lemongrass Dust.
For sides we had the Crispy Fried Brussels Sprouts & the Mystic Mountain Mushrooms.
We got spoiled for dessert and had the full spread! I’m talking Pineapple Tarte Tatin, Strawberry Lemon Pavlova, Raspberry Coconut Cremeux & more. The desserts were next level.
