We were able to experience the Taste of Dairy Block Package on Saturday night and Ross & I had the best time!

The Maven Hotel’s Taste of Dairy Block package includes:

Overnight accommodation at The Maven
Two wine tasting flights and a medium charcuterie board at Blanchard Family Wines
Five course dinner & signature cocktails at For(a)ged
Cupcake flight and two craft cocktails at Deviation Distilling

All the makings for an epic date day or evening!

The Maven is a trendy boutique hotel; the aesthetic is artful and playful with neon lights, unique art pieces and fun touches throughout. The hotel really encompasses the creative energy of Dairy Block as a whole.

We arrived at The Maven Hotel and parked in Dairy Block's parking garage (hotel parking in the garage is available for a small fee). We then took the elevators to the lobby and got checked in.

The Maven is dog friendly so Forbes came along with us! The front desk attendants were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The Maven provided a dog bed, dog treats, and dog bowls for Forbes in the hotel room.

Our Journeyman King hotel room was urban, lofty and accented with rich colors. The room featured full windows that opened up to a patio that overlooked Dairy Block’s iconic alleyway. There was a swing in the room by the patio (such a fun touch)! The bed was SO comfortable and Ross and I slept really well.

The bathroom was a great size and had two sinks, a large shower & luxury bath products.

Forbes loved the patio and we really enjoyed watching the sun come out in the morning.

We got all situated in our room and then headed to Dairy Block’s alley & Blanchard Family Wines to kick off our Taste of Dairy Block experience!
