Urban Egg, Cherry Creek North

Fall is in full swing Denver & it's time to pull out those cute AF Autumn outfits and head to Urban Egg for brunch! We dined at Urban Egg, Cherry Creek North over the weekend and got down on some delicious seasonal brunch offerings & had a wonderful time.

General Manager, Samantha was so sweet and got us all situated to enjoy our meal. She made sure our entire brunch ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Our server Rachel had amazing energy and knew Urban Egg's menu & seasonal offerings backwards and forwards. Rachel was enthused about each dish the kitchen put out and even created some of the seasonal cocktails from the bar; this made us even more excited to enjoy our meal!

We started with an order of Bottle Service. Bottle Service is a 750 ml Bottle of La Bella Prosecco, and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. Samantha added on a side of House House Infused Pineapple Vodka.

The side of House Infused Pineapple Vodka was to make a Maui Waui Mimosa. The Maui Waui Mimosa is a staff favorite and is made with Pineapple Vodka, Fresh Orange Juice and Prosecco - CHEERS.

The Cinnamon Swirl Pancake is made with Cinnamon Slurry, Powdered Sugar Glaze, and Cinnamon Butter.

The Cinnamon Swirl Pancake was super soft & swirls of cinnamon sugar filled each bite. The gooey cinnamon glaze tasted of caramelized cinnamon sugar. This pancake was pure deliciousness; especially if you are a cinnamon roll fanatic!

The Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake is made with Fresh Strawberries, New York Style Cheesecake, Grandma’s Strawberry Sauce, Cinnamon and Whipped Cream.

The Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake was fluffy and gave us awesome strawberry cheesecake flavor. The strawberry sauce topping really sweetened the deal; who says strawberry cheesecake is just for dessert?!

We needed some fall inspired coffee to kick off our morning and enjoyed Cafe Lattes & Urban Egg's Award Winning Mile High Bourbon Chai.

The Cafe Lattes were subtly sweet coffee drinks with leaves artistically drawn into the foam.

The Chai Bourbon was the perfect cold weather cocktail and a wonderful option for those who love mixed bourbon drinks! It was smooth and easy to drink with a nice warm spice profile from the chai & cinnamon.

The French Toast was served with Cinnamon, Walnuts, Whipped Cream & Maple Syrup.

The French Toast was an indulgent fall brunch dish. The spice of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, & clove gave the French toast a mouth watering fragrance while infusing it with so much flavor that was quintessentially fall! The walnuts added a nice crunch that complimented the incredibly soft French toast.

The Caramel Apple is a fall mimosa made with Bourbon, Apple Juice, Caramel, Prosecco and a dash of Cinnamon & Nutmeg.

The Caramel Apple embraced all the flavors of autumn with the delightful mixture of apple, caramel, cinnamon & nutmeg. Our server Rachel created this masterpiece of a cocktail and it was so tasty!

The House-made Soup of the Day was a Tomato Bisque served with a toasted baguette.

The Tomato Bisque was perfect - it struck the right balance between creamy & rich and had the full flavor of fresh tomatoes. #GOODSOUP

The Denver Hot Chicken Benedict is made with Lightly Fried Free Range Chicken, Roasted Chilis, Buffalo Sauce, Buttermilk Biscuit, Creamy Ranch, Hollandaise, and Crumbled Bleu Cheese.

OH MY GOSH YES - THIS BENEDICT WAS EVERYTHING. The buffalo chicken was juicy, tender, tangy & spicy all in one. The hot chicken sat on top of a warm, fluffy biscuit with two perfectly poached eggs & piping hot hollandaise sauce. Combine all that together and what we got was an explosion of flavors that will make anyone's mouth water.

To get a further breakfast buzz brewing, we also had Espresso Martinis. The Espresso Martinis were made with Vodka, Kahlua and Espresso.

The All Natural Steak & Eggs is made with Coffee Rubbed Bistro Tender, Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions, Chili Maple Bacon Butter, 2 Eggs Your Style and Prosciutto Salad.

This was a solid hearty brunch dish that hit all of our savory desires. The finely ground coffee steak rub was sweet, savory and full of flavor. The coffee rubbed steak paired well with the eggs and more coffee!

Huge thanks to Urban Egg and team for hosting us! We can't wait to visit you again!

Check it out babes and let them know that denv.her. sent you! xx
