Tamayo - Bottomless Margarita Brunch

This title speaks for itself people. Tamayo offers BOTTOMLESS Margarita Brunch. Need I say more to convince you to go lol? Probably not, but I will anyways. Tamayo is located right downtown in Larimer Square and is a fabulous Mexican restaurant offering innovative Mexican plates and a genuine colorful atmosphere.

When you walk into the restaurant you are immediately greeted by a beautiful mosaic bar that really captures the feel of an authentic industrial  Mexican tavern. The restaurants long rectangular shape keeps the feeling intimate and I’m obsessed with the horseshoe shaped booths and industrial lanterns that hang above them.

Once it warms up outside, Tamayo has a beautiful rooftop lounge that is a must visit. Nothing is better than drinking their Sangria on a hot summer day at only $35/pitcher.

NOW back to the Bottomless Margarita Brunch! This brunch comes at a price tag of $39/person and everyone at the table is required to partake to receive this deal. The bottomless brunch includes unlimited small plates along with your choice of unlimited brunch cocktails. The deal does have a time limit of 2 hours (challenge accepted lol) but that is more than enough time to enjoy all the small plates and cocktails your heart desires.

The service at this place is fabulous guys. Each time we’ve gone we’ve had rather large groups do the Bottomless Brunch option and they keep the food coming and cocktails flowing like nobody’s business. They’re gracious attentiveness and speed to serve makes the 2 hour time limit no concern and will always keep us going back for more!

The cocktail choices for bottomless brunch include the following: Mimosa, Guava Mimosa (my personal favorite!), Mango Mimosa, Traditional Margarita, Bloody Mary, Bloody Maria, and Bloody Beer. The Guava Mimosa is my go to; it’s made with sparkling white wine and guava puree and is so refreshing! You can switch up drinks at any time during brunch so don’t hesitate to try them all!

For the small plates, you are allowed to request whatever you want but we generally just let the servers bring us out their recommendations and dig in!

The Tamayo Benedict is a must try; it comes served with pork carnitas, avocado, salsa verde and poblano cream sauce. YUMMM.

Now you can’t forget the dessert options! They offer Pan Dulce which is their delicious Mexican French toast but I’m a sucker for the Churros that come served with vanilla crème anglaise.

Check it out!
