This restaurant has a Signature Bottomless Bellini offering for brunch…

While staying at the Halcyon hotel in Cherry Creek, we had the pleasure of dining at Quality Italian for brunch. We arrived & we were seated in the main dining room. Our server Cameron was lovely - he was attentive & polished in service.

We started with bottomless bellinis; the bellinis were made with Prosecco & a choice of housemade juices and purees: Grapefruit & Pomegranate, Cucumber Lime, and Classic White Peach. I went with the Classic White Peach & Ross did Grapefruit. The Bottomless Bellini option is only $20 (and is certainly the way to go).

For breakfast we had the NY Style Eggs Benedict and the Classic Chicken Parm Pizza.

The NY Style Eggs Benedict was made with jumbo lump crab.

The eggs were perfectly poached, and the lump crab elevated the dish. The sweet crab, runny yolks, & lemony hollandaise sauce were an indulgent combination.

The Classic Chicken Parm Pizza for two was made with house seasonings and served alongside chili honey and arugula. This is a must order and one of Quality Italian’s most popular entrees; the mashup of two classic Italian dishes always hits the spot.

The chicken parm pizza was massive and came to the table, fresh out of the pizza oven. The pizza featured hearty slices of breaded chicken, robust tomato sauce, and a copious amount of melted cheeses; it smelled divine and tasted even better. This was the ultimate Italian comfort dish.
